Our service offering is simple. Our annual subscription fee is a flat fee per Strata Plan representing a third of the cost of the traditional Strata Management company offering.

We utilise technology for most of what is required for Strata Management but offer our professional services on an as needed “Pay As You Go” basis.

You do not need to be a client of our technology offering to take advantage of our professional services. They can by utilised by anyone. This will be rare as we make extensive use of AI technology to provide the answers you need vetted by industry professionals with over 20 years experience.

Insurance

We save you 15% of your insurance premium which is one of the largest costs in your levy budget. This is achieved by not accepting commissions.

Unlike traditional management companies, we do not add back lost commission payments to strata management fees.

We only charge on a Pay As You need us basis for handling insurance claims. If there are no insurance claims for your Strata Plan there are no additional charges.

In small Strata Plans on time collection of levies is critically important in order to pay bills as they fall due. We can prepare letters of demand, statement of claims and seek judgements against owners that fall behind in their levy payments without the need to engage solicitors thereby adding to debtors costs.
