Our service offerings are based on providing core modules and optional professional services.

Clients who use our core modules also use our professional services on an as needed “Pay As You Go” basis.

You do not need to be a client of our core modules to take advantage of our professional services. They can by utilised by anyone.

Insurance

We can save you 5% of your insurance premium or a $200 credit towards your choice of our “Optional Extra Professional Services” when you take out an insurance policy with one of our preferred insurance providers* even if you don’t utilise any of our other modules. By doing so we also look after the electronic lodgement of claims as your nominated insurance intermediary.

Quotes and Work orders

We provide you with the ability to request quotes from either your nominated suppliers or our recommended suppliers. The supplier receives your request the moment you hit the submit button on the electronic form we provide you. Once the quote is approved by you an official automated work order will be triggered.

Electronic Meeting Management

There is no longer the need to attend face-to-face meetings, With electronic meeting management you can vote on the standard Annual General Meeting motions by way of electronic vote. The votes are tallied at the time of the meeting and minutes are automatically prepared. No one needs to be physically in attendance.

Due Date Management

The Due Date Management module records the important due dates for your Strata Plan and sends reminders to prompt the recurring activities that are associated with them like Annual General Meetings, Fire Safety Inspections, Insurance renewals, Gutter maintenance, Pest control etc.

Financial Management

Most owners who self manage their Strata Plan do so by way of a spreadsheet at best or the old Kalamazoo book style of accounting. With our financial management module income and expenses are recorded electronically in a Strata industry specific accounting system without the need for anyone to do any form of data entry.
